Advising a private UK based client, the purchase, asset management and subsequent disposal of this prime German asset were successfully executed. Initially comprising of a 5 star Sofitel (Accor brand hotel), 80,000 sq ft of multi-let offices, and ground floor leisure, the lease to the Hotel, leisure and some of the offices were renegotiated over a 10 year hold period.

The asset was 100% income producing throughout and, as a result of the lease work, substantial value was added on exit. The purchaser was a German based international hotel investor.
