The company was appointed by a leading banking group in 2017 to project manage the disposal of 40 predominantly high street retail assets around the UK, from Dundee in Scotland, to Newton Abbot in Devon.
Service included full property management, bank reporting, accounts support and individual asset management strategies to maximise value, individual disposal advice and legal coordination.
The process achieved a 93% recovery rate for the bank against its 2017 valuation, in the most challenging high street retail occupational and investment market conditions ever experienced in the UK.
