Homebase implemented a CVA which included unattractive terms for this asset.

Working with regional agents, we agreed leases with The Range, and Argos, alongside a surrender of the Homebase position.

Identifying an opportunity for a Drive Through Restaurant in the car park, terms were agreed with McDonalds for a two storey drive-through.
